MCC stands for Master Certified Coach, this is the third and final level Coach Certification by ICF for coaches who wish to become coaching experts. We conduct timely and scheduled sessions for our coaches to reach to ICF MCC Level credentialing, and ultimately fulfills ICF – MCC Level Coaching Certification requirements of the number of coaching hours training, mentoring and coaching experience. Once you complete the ICF – MCC Level Coaching Training with CTA you can apply directly with ICF to get your ICF – MCC certificate.
CTA conducts ICF – MCC Coaching through webinars and online sessions designed for our coaches to become coaching expert. All our coaches attend these webinars to accumulate ICF – MCC credentialing hours to meanwhile accumulating and gaining coaching experience hours. ICF MCC Coach credential is highly recognized coaching certification for Coaches across the globe. Let’s understand the requirements of ICF for PCC Level Coaches.
ICF requires following to be eligible for MCC Credentialing
- 200 hours of coaching training – CTA’s provides online sessions to our PCC Level Coaches accumulate remaining hours after PCC Level Training.
- 10 hours of mentor coaching with CTA (3 hours one on one and 7 hours can be group mentoring)
- 2500 hours of coaching experience
- Coach Knowledge Assessment (CKA) (CTA prepares you to appear in the CKA)
