Coaching Transformation Academy Certified Professional Coach program is an International Coach Federation Accredited Coach Specific Training Hours (ICF-ACSTH) program providing 60-hours of coach certification training. CTA CPC program incorporates 48 hours of coach training (including 10 hours of mentoring) and 12 hours of assignments and fieldwork.

Program Methodology

CTA Certified Professional Coach (CPC) training is an intensive, experiential, and comprehensive program based on adult-learning principles and learner-engaging methods to accelerate learning and increase your professional competencies and life skills. This is a 60 hours ICF approved coaching program conducted over 6 days of the classroom or 16 weeks online training workshop.

ICF is the world’s largest coaching certification organization, and its certificate holder represents the highest quality of professional coaching skills, ethics, and values as a coach. The most important benefit of attending this program is, all the hours spent in this program can be applied towards the next level of the coach training program. If you are already an ICF Certified Coach, you can utilize these hours to renew your ICF credentials.

After attending this program, if you wish to continue your learning as a Professional Coach, then the hours spent during this training program will be counted towards our Senior Certified Professional Coach (SCPC – Level 2) Training Program.

 

 

 

CTA Certified Professional Coach (CPC) training can be taken as a 6-days intensive classroom or 16-weeks online workshop training. This is an ideal course and a great learning opportunity for aspiring coaches. After attending the workshop, you will be able to effectively apply your coaching skills to your current profession, life, and become a certified professional coach.
We have a global coach community, a platform to practice peer coaching and hone your coaching skills with like-minded people. We also provide post-training support dedicated to the ICF Credentialing process to ensure all our participants receive the required resources and tools for continued coach development.
This program will have assignments post-training completion to ensure you have learned and can translate learning into practice effectively. This assignment will include writing learning reflection papers and submitting recorded sessions with transcripts as a part of the mentoring process.
If you wish to pursue and continue learning to become Senior Certified Professional Coach, then your hours spent in this program will be adjusted in Senior Certified Professional Coach (SCPC) Certification training program - the second level program whether you attend online or classroom workshops.

    This is a non-residential training program. The program fee does not include your accommodation expenses. However, if you are travelling to attend this program and need our support to help you find a place to stay, you can contact us anytime. Our program director will get in touch with you.
    If you are a non-resident of Pakistan and traveling to attend this program, you may require to travel with a valid visa to enter Pakistan. Visa requirements vary from one country to another; hence you may need to contact your travel authority or operator to know more about visa requirements. We recommend only booking your seat if you are a resident of Pakistan or holding a valid visa to travel to Pakistan. In case you have registered for the workshop and unable to get a visa to enter Pakistan, you will be entitled to a refund of a 100% refund of your payment.
